ITI Assam Document Verification Notice 2018
• Candidates may fill their choices of Trades and ITI’s according to their preference. First round of choice filling starts from 30th June 2018 to 3rd July’ 2018.
• Allotment of seats will be done against the various round of choice filling done by candidates.
• Candidates must take admission in their allotted seats otherwise their candidature will be treated as cancelled and the candidate cannot participate further in the admission process.
• Candidate after taking admission in the allotted seat may wish to freeze his / her seat then the option of upgradation of the seat cannot be availed by the candidate. If the candidate does not freeze his / her admitted seat then the seat will be upgraded as per the choice filling done by the candidate. Here the candidate has to take admission in the new upgraded seat as the earlier allotted / admitted seat will get cancelled.
• Candidates who will be allotted seat will have to go to allotted ITI for admission with original documents and with the allotment letter on the schedule dates, for admission.
• Change if any will be notified on the portal.
