Organisation profile: North East Organic (NEO) is a non government organization formed in 2017. It is working with the small & marginal farmers of rural areas across the North Eastern State since its formation for enhancing the income of the farmers by organic farming. It has set up numbers of different horticultural crop farms, mother block nurseries & training centre for horticulture crops, organic farming etc. It is the 1st organization in the North East India for Cocoa farming in large scale & promoting cocoa cultivation throughout the entire North East India.
